About JD

JD has been coaching since being a teen. A lifetime leading athletes on the field and humans in tech. Peer support trainer and crisis responder. Direct lineage from Dr. Robert Dee McDonald, a VA clinical researcher and one of the original architects of NLP, and Dr. Carolyn Elliott, whose work on cultural integration and desire has shaped practitioners worldwide.

JD and Chick did this work on themselves first. We practice before we teach at Red Thread Labs.
